Repertoire - Blues & Ragtime

Mostly from Black American culture, we have a lot to thank this part of America for. Included here are the deep Delta Blues (not the electrified “Rhythm & Blues" you hear on the radio), the lighter and bouncier Piedmont blues, a few white blues, + ragtime pieces that will get the even the sleepiest toes tapping. You can’t stay sad when you sing the blues. Included in here are some pieces that I call "Good Time", a happy foot-tapping relative of the Blues. The Blues pieces here are - you guessed it - in Blue. They have to be.

Keep in mind The Bard's repertoire is always changing; it changes faster than this gets updated. And this list is not exhaustive. There are 1100 separate entries (and growing) in his folk music iPad. "Never stop learning."
