Repertoire - Old Country - Hank Williams

Hank recorded for something like 4 years and penned 177 songs before dying at age 29. This  is more amazing when you consider how much of that time he was spent in addictions to alcohol and painkillers. His recordings hit country music squarely in its heart, with simple singable melodies and straight-forward lyrics. Absolutely classic country.
