Repertoire - Songwriter - Others

Every song had to start with someone, somewhere; that's roots. And that continues today; branches. Most so-called "Folk Music" that you hear today are clouded in pop and rock sounds, electric and percussion, but there are others that need more exposure. The songs below all have identifiable songwriters, and were mostly written during The Bard's adult life. Some he has sung for decades; others are far newer. Some have messages, others strike the emotions, and a third group imitates folk songs (as defined, Folk Songs have an oral tradition and have, over time, changed in their presentations).
